Refund policy

No returns accepted unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.  Refunds are a case-by-case basis, but generally will only be granted due to incorrect pricing or cancellation.  All orders are thoroughly documented with photo/video evidence of contents, condition, and packaging, as well as fully insured.
